somehow it is already not 1st case, when i need to explain customer how to proceed with Request payment process. For me it is clear and obvious, but few customers making deposit of money on Iconfinder, but not processing through 2nd step "Prepay request".
Can it be improved? don't know how, but maybe "Payment request" message can be separated or doubled under thread? or at side of dialogues? so customers see it all the time with instruction what they need to do. (e.g. alert or attrackt attention yellow dot)
